This series offers suitable porcelain articles ranging from the classic, fully-fledged meal, to freely selectable individual components, to use in the context of event catering.
Based on the free-flow system of modern canteens, six tableware items were created. They make it possible to operate the entire daily routine of a canteen. Square shapes, which are harmoniously matched to each other and space-saving stackable, communicate the arrangement and possibilities to use. The fusion of this basic form into a rounded foot animates additionally to a haptic perception. This facilitates diverse combinations of individual components and optimizes the arrangement on the tray at the same time. Five of these porcelain items are designed for the use in the context of a flying buffet. They offer a suitable setting for culinary delicacies in diffrent ways.
The dimensions were adjusted according to the GN tray 1/1. The crockery items can be arranged on the tray in a variety of ways. It will also be possible to transport two main courses with side dishes or desserts on one tray.
